Executive Assistant.
Overview: The Executive Assistant is to provide administrative support to the senior-team, including the Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate is incredibly detail oriented, pro-active, has the ability to keep calm under pressure and is an immaculate multi-task, as well as possesses a polished and professional demeanor. Job Responsibilities:
- Extensive meeting coordination, both internal and external. - Handling calendars, correspondence with company clients/requests for meetings, partners, resources on behalf of CEO, Travel arrangements, flights, hotel, car pickups, phone call receiving, messages, monthly claims/bills/receipts, reservations, Lunch/meals orders. - Projects coordination, follow-ups on meetings Required Skills:
- Ability to communicate comfortably and effectively internally and externally, work under high pressure in a fast-paced environment, possess strong attention to detail, problem-solving and organizational skills, good grip on Microsoft office and G Suite skills – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Gmail, Google Drive, great social and interpersonal skills, keep information highly confidential and able to do multitasking. PMO Coordinator.
Overview: The PMO Coordinator would be a part of the Services & Deliverance business unit, encompasses to manage the project management tools/offices. The role will work with the Team Leads / Project Managers/Directors on projects under a common set of best practices, principles and templates. Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparing project plans: communication, Integration, risk, Reports, Quality & resource management for all projects. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Coordinate: - Internal resources/team for effective project deployments. - Strategy meetings with Project Managers/Directors and Area Services Managers for on-time delivery and milestones. - Budgets, milestones sign-offs with Finance and Service Deliverance, Area Services Managers. - Project changes via Scope, Schedule and Costs using appropriate verification techniques. Ensure adherence to processes related to project management. Qualifications: BS (CS), BCS, MCS, MBA. Experience: Minimum 3 years in the IT/Service in the local industry. Industry: Information Technology and Services, Computer Software. Required Skills: Communication (Written and Verbal), People (employees / resources). Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking. Certifications: PMI/Prince / PMI ACP.

Project Managers
MCS or MBA , excellent Project Management skills (PMI or equivalent certification with 5 to 10 years of experience in a project management role for IT projects. Excellent communication skills (written and oral) are mandatory, familiarity with the core banking solutions will be an added advantage.

T24 Business Consultants
MBA/MCOM/ICMA, with at least 3-5 years’ of experience in any Core Banking Platform in the areas of Retail, Treasury, Credits, Trade Finance, Islamic Banking, and Internet Banking with an affinity to work on packaged IT solutions. The candidate should have excellent communication & analytical skills. Consulting experience is a plus

T24 Technical Consultants
MCS or BCS with minimum of 5 years experience in Java or .Net.  The candidate should be excellent in programming language or system administration, should have good knowledge of SQL, Oracle & DB2. Knowledge of MIS Reporting & Business Intelligence will be an added advantage. Should have excellent analytical skills.

Resource Manager
BBA/MBA with minimum 5 years experience as a resource manager.Should be able to work on resource development & training plan, grooming resources in consulting skills for global projects, presentations and engagement with clients.  Should be able to create or adapt processes and train people on these. Proficient with collaborative portals.

Trainers
MBA or Bachelors with teaching experience. Excellent Delivery & Presentation skills, understanding of Banking & Financial Markets is a plus
