To keep system operations smooth NDC provides first and second level onsite support to all T24 clients through a fully functional help desk in the region. To provide ease and convenience the help desk person can be accessed through a simple online application that will be directly received by the support staff. Depending on the issue back office experts are engaged and if for any reason the issue remains unresolved then the matter is escalated to TEMENOS. The front and back office at NDC includes both technical as well as business experts that have T24 project implementation experience.
